The SCITT Team

Claire joined Huddersfield Horizon SCITT in August 2023 bringing with her a wealth of experience in leading initial teacher training provisions. Claire is also the Director of the Kirklees & Calderdale SCITT who will be working in partnership with HHSCITT from September 2024.

Sarah works across both the SCITT as well as being a Primary Improvement Officer for South Pennine Academies.

Sarah has a wealth of experience within primary education  having worked in teh sector for over 30 years. 

Sarah is responsible for mentoring and coaching our trainees through the varying stages of their journey into teaching alongside delivery of content and monitoring.
