Primary and Secondary Mentoring/Tutor Training
Huddersfield Horizon SCITT hosted our Primary and Secondary Mentor/Tutor meeting on Thursday 13th February 2025. Tutors and mentors from across the Trust and beyond met to discuss supporting trainees, the core common framework and the expectations for mentors, tutors and students. By sharing best practice, common issues and solutions , offering feedback, support and guidance we're helping to build the teachers of the future. The attendees took part in enthusiastic discussions and great idea sharing, creating a positive and engaging atmosphere all of which supports our trainees in getting the best possible guidance on their journey.
